TeamLink is a mobile and web app for creating or joining organizations and groups, assigning roles (Owner, Manager, Employee), and sharing schedules. It serves both formal teams and casual groups with invite codes and role-based access.

Challenge
Teams and groups struggled to coordinate—managing organizations, roles, and shared schedules in one place was fragmented across tools, leading to visibility gaps and coordination overhead.
Solution
Built an app with authentication; home actions for Create/Join Organization and Create/Join Group; organization management with invite codes; role-based access (Owner, Manager, Employee); group features for org teams and personal groups; and schedule management with one-time or recurring events, visible to the right roles.
