ALFGrowth is a mobile platform for assisted living facilities. It fosters seamless connections between residents, staff, and families, streamlines operations, and improves resident well-being through centralized communication, staff operations, and personalized wellness plans.
The problem
Assisted living facilities faced communication gaps, limited resources, and difficulty tracking resident health and well-being—leading to suboptimal care and resident isolation.
The solution
Built a centralized app with messaging between residents, staff, and families; staff operations (schedules, medications, resident info); resident well-being (wellness plans, activity tracking, medication reminders, virtual therapy); and an intuitive interface with training and support.
